JOHN E. STUART – Managing Partner
Mr. Stuart co-founded Full Circle Capital in 2005 and is primarily responsible for overall investment strategies and portfolio management. Prior to founding Full Circle, he was Co-Founder and President of Titan Outdoor Holdings, a full-service outdoor advertising company, between 1999 and 2002, and was a Director until its sale in 2005. Prior thereto, Mr. Stuart was a Managing Director in the Media and Telecommunications Group at Prudential Securities between 1996 to 1999. Mr. Stuart began his career at Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. where he was a member of The Mergers and Acquisitions Group and Corporate Finance Department from 1988 to 1996.  Education – B.A. Brown University, 1988.

ROBERT A. BLUM – Partner
Mr. Blum co-founded Full Circle Capital in 2005 and is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the firm. He began his career as an Associate at the law firm of Fulbright and Jaworski from 1984 to 1989. Between 1989 to 1999 at Oppenheimer & Co., Inc./CIBC Oppenheimer, Mr. Blum was a Managing Director, Associate General Counsel and served various business management roles in the closed end fund, private equity and hedge fund businesses; he was also a member of the Management, Commitment and Due Diligence Committees at the firm. Between 1999 and 2000, he was Executive Vice President at Internet Trading Technologies, Inc. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Blum was COO of The Fairfield Greenwich Group, where his principal role was to co-lead the build out of the new manager and multistrategy platforms, and helped develop a successful secured lending fund. EDWARD AGABS - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Agabs joined Full Circle Capital in 2007 and is responsible for financial management and financial reporting. Mr. Agabs was Co-Founder at BoatQuest.com Inc., where he helped in starting and operating the online advertising portal site for yacht sales. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Agabs was Co-Founder at Corymb Capital Management, LLC, a hedge fund focused on FX strategies and prior thereto was CFO at AMT-Trade, Inc., a Russian import-export company from 1995 to 1999. Mr. Agabs held various accounting positions at UJA Federation of New York from 1993 to 1995. Education: State Economics University, Baku, USSR, 1985; Berkeley College, 1991; St. John’s University, 1993.

STEPHEN J. HEALEY – Managing Director
Mr. Healey joined Full Circle in 2008 and is responsible for sourcing and structuring transactions across the firm’s areas of interest. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Healey was a Director at CapitalSource, a diversified finance company, where he originated, structured, and closed over $350 million in transactions to Media & Communications and Business Service companies. From 1996 to 2004, Mr. Healey was a Managing Director at Fleet Bank where he originated, structured, and monitored, over $2 billion in transactions. Prior to joining Fleet, Mr. Healey worked for Banque Paribas in Los Angeles from 1993 to 1996 where he originated, structured, and monitored commercial transactions and gained exposure to the Entertainment industry. Mr. Healey began his career in 1988 at Bank of Boston where he completed the Loan Officer Development Program and worked in Boston and London on commercial banking transactions. Education – A.B. R. HUGH KINSMAN – Managing Director
Mr. Kinsman joined Full Circle in 2007 and is responsible for sourcing and underwriting transactions in the media and communications sectors. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Kinsman was a general partner with Waller Sutton, a $165 million private equity fund, where he originated, structured and monitored equity investments in the media and telecommunications sectors. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Kinsman was a Senior Associate with GE Capital’s Structured Finance Group where he was responsible for underwriting and closing over $1 billion in private debt structured finance and equity transactions for their energy and telecommunications divisions. Prior to joining GE Capital, Mr. Kinsman spent five years in corporate and commercial lending as a Senior Credit Analyst at both Fleet Bank and Summit Bank and two years in public accounting with a regional CPA firm. Education – B.S. Penn State University, 1989; MBA Cornell University, 1998. Mr. Kinsman is also a Certified Public Accountant.

MICHAEL SELL – Asset Manager
Mr. Sell has been employed as Asset Manager by the Investment Manager since 2008 in connection with its management of the two existing funds, Full Circle Partners, LP and Full Circle Fund, Ltd. Mr. Sell has experience as Chief Investment Officer, focused on due diligence and portfolio management on asset based lending funds, at Sky Bell Asset Management, LLC and has performed portfolio analysis for the Agile Group, LLC, focusing on asset based lending and private lending strategies. Additionally, Mr. Sell was responsible for development, implementation and review of audit programs in the investment management industry as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

LAWRENCE CHUA – VP, Lending Officer
Mr. Chua joined Full Circle Capital in 2006 and is responsible for underwriting, transaction execution, due diligence and loan monitoring. As Founder and Managing Partner of J Lawrence Group, LLC from 2004 to 2006, Mr. Chua grew the Internet-based household services provider from a business plan to a company with over 2,000 clients, and was a partner until the company was sold in 2007. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Chua held various finance and risk management roles at GE Capital and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program. Mr. Chua was a Commercial Underwriter focused on retailer and airline transactions and had roles in strategic and financial planning at business units and the Office of the CEO. Education – B.S. Cornell University, 1998; M.P.S. Applied Economics and Management, Cornell University, 2000.

RANJAN A. SUBBIAH – Analyst
Mr. Subbiah is an analyst at Full Circle and works on diligence, portfolio monitoring, transaction execution and underwriting. Mr. Subbiah was an intern with Full Circle while completing his studies at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. Education: B.S., New York University, 2007.
